Boarding Pets

Closed to the public on all major holidays.

Check-out time is based on the time of check-in. We go by 24 hour periods verses nights. If you pet is not picked up by your check out time you will be charged an extended care fee. Check-out time waived if a grooming service is scheduled – except on Sundays.

Vaccination Requirements
Dogs: DHLPP*, Rabies & Bordetella
Cats: FVRCP**, Rabies & Feline Leukemia
*distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parainfluenza and parvovirus
** feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukemia, feline distemper virus

No pet will be admitted without proper immunizations. All vaccines must be given at least 7 days prior to arrival. Written proof is required.

Age Requirements
Minimum age is 6 months for both dogs and cats. We do not board dogs over 9 years of age and cats over 10 years of age. We may make exceptions for pets with previous boarding experience on a per-pet basis. Sorry, we are unable to care for diabetic pets.

Provisions for Your Pet
We provide soft, comfy lamb’s wool bedding on a raised cot. Your dog will be taken outside at least 3 times a day.

You should provide the exact amount of food for your dog's stay. You can put your pet’s food into a plastic bag or a container. No 20 lb bags of food, please! We have feeding bowls and our own measuring cups, please leave yours at home.

You may bring bedding, toys & treats from home to make your pets stay more fun & comfortable. No rawhide please! Label all of your dog’s belongings!

Our indoor facility is fully air conditioned and heated. We also have a state-of-the-art fire alarm system.

Boarding Cancellation Policy
14 Day Cancellation or Change Notice: All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. If you cancel or change within the 14 days from the date you reserved and we are unable to fill the space you abandoned by the cancellation, then you will be charged for all your unfilled days of the reservation as booked. 48 Hours Cancellation: If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date you will be charged for your entire booked reservation. Holiday Cancellation: All major holidays have a four (4) week minimum cancellation or change policy. If you cancel or shorten your reservations within 4 weeks of the holiday you are subject to paying for your entire reservation as originally booked!
