Grooming Cancellation Policy
Effective: September 25, 2006

Due to an increase of last minute cancellations and “no show” appointments, we are forced to implement this cancellation policy.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This allows us time to find a replacement for that appointment time.

"No Show": In the event of cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to your appointment or "no shows", we reserve the right to add a $25 service fee to your next appointment.
